First Meeting

So, we have had our first meeting!! Yay us!! Not everyone was able to attend so let me catch everyone up.

1) We did speak about Knerd's "Gold" Membership. As it's not mandatory, we really hope that everyone attempts to join in this opportunity. The 'gold' members will be able to test specialty yarn we order every month. You will also get a set of stitch markers for knitting/crocheting based on what you like. Please consider joining as a 'gold' member. The fee is only $15 and the full amount goes into the knerd group.

2) We had a small crochet workshop for those who wanted to learn about the skill. This small workshop went over the basics. We will have crochet and knit workshops at every meeting so please don't feel that you have been left behind.

Our meetings will be about every two weeks and we will have at least one meeting a month. We may be meeting in different locations, but if this happens everyone will be notified.
